Cognitive Stimulation Therapy
This program is a series of mental exercises that engage and stimulate the brain around the 5 key areas of cognition: Memory, Visual and Spatial Orientation, Computation, Critical Thinking and Language and Music.
Research has shown the combined benefit of brain exercises and increased focused social interaction will enhance quality of life and help maintain a healthy level of cognition.
